I got beautiful jewellery but earrings hinges were rusted.....I wrote so many times to change these earrings with the fresh one.....but nobody cares about my complaint..... actually if you get your piece in good condition then it's ok if you don't get in good condition nobody cares...

To clarify, the wire used for the earring hinges is made of steel, which does not rust. During the baking process of terracotta clay, the wire may naturally develop a brownish shade but does not affect the quality or durability.
