Return, refund & Cancellation

Buyer's satisfaction is our prime and foremost goal. We take a lot of care to check each and every piece before packing and shipping them to you, so that you don't have to worry about anything.

Cancellation:

If the order has not been dispatched, it can be cancelled, and we will refund the total amount. In such cases, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after initiating the refund. However, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

     In order to cancel your order, simply inform us with your order number at support@manmarzi.com or whatsapp us at 9748724648. Or you can cancel by replying “CANCEL ORDER” to the confirmation mail received by you after placing the order.

Returns :

  1. No returns/exchange except in case of damaged product received.

Due to transportation/product handling, if the product is found damaged when received, please mail us at support@manmarzi.com or whatsapp us 9748724648, within 48 hours of the products received. You are required to be provide the following details :–

  • Make unboxing video before opening the parcel. To raise a damaged, defective, incomplete order or a wrong product claim, it is mandatory to share the unboxing video over email/whatsapp, without which we will not be able to initiate a return/exchange. In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged or missing, you must email/whatsapp us an unboxing video right from opening the outer carton till it shows the damaged products, within 48 hours of receiving your order. The decision of accepting return/exchange claim will be at sole discretion of ManMarzi Team. 
  • Pictures of package received 
  • Pictures of the damage products received.
  1. In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a return/ replacement request within 48hrs from the date of delivery
  2. Give us 48 working hours to review your request.
  3. After reviewing your return request, as per the issue, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you. In case for reverse pick up if the service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We recommend for using Speed Post for sending return parcels. ManMarzi would cover the return shipping cost.
  4. After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability 

 

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the parcel to the delivery person.
